Overview

By utilizing the waste heat from high-temperature or medium temperature flue gas emitted from a carbon canister calcination furnace and installing a waste heat boiler, medium temperature, medium pressure or low-temperature, low-pressure steam is produced to drive the turbine, thereby driving the generator to generate electricity. The electricity is then transmitted to the factory's main step-down substation and reused for factory production. After passing through the waste heat boiler, the flue gas enters the flue gas desulfurization system or is directly discharged into the chimney through the induced draft fan. Our company's waste heat boiler adopts a double drum horizontal natural circulation water tube boiler. The dusty flue gas is discharged outside the furnace through the slag condenser tube, superheater, convection tube bundle, and steel tube economizer. The main technical features are: 1. It does not affect the calcination process flow and does not affect the quality of calcined coke. 2. Utilize waste heat to produce high-quality electricity. Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boiler and tank type carbon waste heat boiler are boilers that utilize waste heat from flue gas of carbon rotary kiln or tank type carbon calcination furnace, mainly outputting superheated steam or production and living gas that can be used for steam turbine generators. After the calcination furnace, there is high-temperature flue gas (900~1100 degrees Celsius) with low dust content (~5g/Nm3). The SOx content in a certain flue gas is high and the location is limited. Our company's carbon waste heat boiler adopts a vertical structure with a small footprint for the above-mentioned flue gas characteristics, and also uses fin or membrane wall heating surface structure to reduce the boiler volume.
