The WNS and CWNS series fully automatic fuel (gas) boilers jointly developed and designed by our company and Xi'an Jiaotong University adopt the internationally popular horizontal three return structure, and use Xi'an Jiaotong University's national invention patent - fuel gas boiler design software to optimize the design of the "Guanrong" brand fuel and gas boilers. The combustion chamber design and heating surface layout are more reasonable, and the thermal efficiency is improved by more than 2%. The boiler technology level is in a leading position in China.

1. This type of boiler adopts the internationally popular three pass structure and a large volume design of the combustion chamber, which makes the combustion more complete.
2. Adopting advanced waveform furnace structure not only enhances the heat transfer area, but also meets the free expansion of the furnace after heating.
3. The smoke pipe adopts a threaded structure, which enhances the heat transfer effect.
4. The boiler adopts a wet back structure with fully butt welded edges, high reliability, and low maintenance costs.
5. Design multiple protection functions such as overheating, overpressure, water shortage, leak detection, and shutdown to ensure safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
6. The front and rear smoke boxes adopt a one-piece smoke box, with queue opening smoke boxes on the smoke box. This form has good overall integrity, is beautiful and generous, and is easy to open for maintenance.
7. Adopting a new two-stage spiral scale atmospheric energy-saving device, increasing the heating area, reducing the volume of the energy-saving device, and making its structure compact.
8. The two-stage energy-saving device body is connected in series at normal pressure to reduce water corrosion, extend service life, and reduce power consumption. The energy-saving device body is corroded and damaged, making it easy to replace.
9. This model of boiler has high thermal power, stable output, and strong load adaptability.
