Working principle

Electrolysis pre descaling, corrosion inhibition, sterilization, and algae elimination

This system adopts advanced patented electrochemical water treatment technology - electrolytic descaling and sterilization. The device is directly installed on the circulating water supply pipeline, and through high current electrolysis, it has multiple functions, including pre descaling, corrosion inhibition, and sterilization.

Proactive pre descaling technology:Through electrolysis, scaling ions in water are pre precipitated on the cathode surface and removed. Maintaining a certain working current in the electrolytic reaction chamber forms a high concentration of hydroxide ions near the cathode (reaction chamber wall). This elevated pH environment (pH approximately 13) allows minerals that are prone to scaling to pre scale and precipitate from the water, adsorbing onto the electrolytic reaction chamber wall. Under the control of the automatic control system, it is actively scraped off and automatically discharged through the automatic electric scraper system.

Electrolytic corrosion inhibition technology:The electrolytic reaction chamber is connected to the pipeline to provide cathodic protection. The active substances generated by electrolysis (such as reactive oxygen species and hydroxide radicals) form a protective film on the inner wall of the equipment pipeline, isolating dissolved oxygen from oxidizing and corroding the pipeline wall. The process runs fully automatically, adapts to changes in water quality, and can dynamically adjust the LSI index of the cooling circulating water to achieve corrosion inhibition.

Electrolytic sterilization and algae killing technology:Electrolytic current converts some chloride ions in water into free chlorine (residual chlorine in water can reach up to 0.5ppm), while generating strong oxidants such as ozone, oxygen radicals, hydroxide radicals, and hydrogen peroxide, achieving the function of sterilization and algae elimination. Simultaneously combining ampere current, high pH environment at the cathode, and low pH environment at the anode, further enhances the ability to kill bacteria and algae. Especially, electrolysis can kill the air conditioning system that is prone to explosionslegionellaComprehensively prevent and control biological pollution to protect human health.

◆ Effectively filtering small particles such as suspended solids and biofouling, significantly improving water quality

Due to the continuous exposure of air and other impurities in the circulating water system, after a period of time, the cooling water system will accumulate a lot of sludge and other sediment. If not removed in a timely manner, these impurities will reduce heat exchange efficiency, promote bacterial growth and corrosion, reduce the service life of equipment, increase energy consumption, and even cause perforation.

This system adopts automatic scrubbing filter technology, using precision stainless steel filters with high filtration accuracy, fast filtration speed, and low backwash water consumption, which can effectively filter out impurities and scale. And further destroy the living environment of bacteria and algae, filter and remove bacteria and algae attached to suspended solids in the system, making it difficult for bacteria and algae to reproduce and survive, ensuring that the cooling water system is always clean.

◆ Working process and automatic descaling and cleaning process

working processThe treated water enters the electrolysis chamber through the inlet, and the scaling ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron ions in the water are electrolyzed to form rust and adsorbed on the inner wall of the electrolysis chamber. At the same time, the water is subjected to electrolytic sterilization, disinfection, and algae killing. After being electrolyzed, the water flows through the maintenance chamber and enters the filter cartridge placed inside the filter chamber. Impurities are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter cartridge, and the cleaned water flows out from the outlet 13.

Descaling and cleaning processAs the dirt on the inner surface of the filter increases, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet will become larger. When the pressure difference reaches the set value (usually 0.05MPa), the drain valve will automatically open, the scale scraping motor will be started, and the descaling scraper will rotate to scrape off the scale on the inner wall of the electrolytic chamber. Simultaneously drive the cleaning brush to rotate. After the cleaning brush removes dirt and impurities from the inner surface of the filter cartridge, it is automatically discharged through the drain valve.
