*1. Shell material: The explosion-proof blower adopts * degree die cast aluminum, which is the same aluminum material as the Mercedes Benz wheel hub. Compared with ordinary aluminum alloy, die cast aluminum is stronger and has a more lightweight effect compared to iron shell fans.
*2. Motor performance: The explosion-proof blower adopts an explosion-proof motor. The explosion-proof motor is a wideband, wide voltage motor, listed as industrial three-phase 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted from 45-75HZ, with an IP55/IP65 protection level and F-class insulation level. Its advantage is that domestic motors cannot achieve the same process, and it is highly favored by domestic and foreign customers.
*3. Fan oil seal: The explosion-proof high-pressure blower adopts German MERKEL oil seal, and the German MERKEL material uses fluororubber that can withstand temperatures from -25 ℃ to 300 ℃. Compared to the general oil seal, its lip temperature is 20-50 ℃ higher than the working medium temperature during operation, making it more stable in performance, maintenance free, and has a longer lifespan.

Before installation, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the various technical requirements in the manual, check whether the accompanying accessories are complete, and whether various technical documents are complete.
2. Conduct a preliminary inspection of the blower to ensure that there are no inorganic parts damaged during logistics transportation or long-term storage, whether there are any debris falling into the fan flow channel, and whether there is corrosion. Then use tools to rotate the fan spindle or the fan motor tail fan blades to see if the rotation is flexible and if there is any rubbing noise. Otherwise, the fault should be eliminated first.
3. According to the foundation diagram, the anchor bolts should be properly positioned. When installing the fan, the horizontal plane should be corrected to prevent excessive tilting.
4. The diameter of the pipeline should be slightly larger than the fan outlet diameter (the ratio of pipeline diameter to fan outlet diameter is 1.1:1), and the length of the pipeline should be shortened as much as possible. Elbows should be used sparingly, and the angle of the elbow should be greater than 90 degrees. It is not allowed to use right angle T-shaped joints. The joints of the pipeline should be tightly sealed and not leak, in order to reduce pressure loss. The weight of the pipeline shall not be supported by the fan, nor shall the fan be forcibly connected to the pipeline to prevent increased vibration and noise.
5. According to the characteristics of explosion-proof fans, regulating valves can be installed at the inlet or outlet of the fan. Adjustment of air volume and pressure.
To protect the fan motor, a current overload protection device should be installed.
7. Close the air inlet of the fan, try starting the fan, and check if the main shaft rotation of the fan is correct. Then restart the fan and gradually open the regulating damper to the desired operating point after normal operation. However, the motor current should not exceed the rated value. If the desired operating point happens to be the fan's surge point, the operating point should be adjusted appropriately to avoid the surge point or other anti surge measures should be taken.
