Working principle of QBYF series powder pneumatic diaphragm pump of Gongbo brand: In the two symmetrical working chambers of the diaphragm pump, there is an elastic diaphragm installed in each chamber. The connecting rod integrates the two diaphragms into one. Compressed air enters the intermediate body from the inlet joint of the pump and pushes the diaphragms in the two working chambers, driving the diaphragm connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. At the same time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged from the back of its diaphragm outside the pump. When the piston reaches the end of its stroke, the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into another working chamber, pushing the diaphragm pump in the opposite direction, thus forming synchronous reciprocating motion of the two diaphragms.
