1、 Product Overview:

Gongbo brand 2XZB rotary vane vacuum pumpDouble stage high-speed direct connection rotary vane vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump). It has an independent oil pump for forced lubrication. The rotor eccentrically installed in the pump chamber and the rotor blades in the rotor groove. When the rotor drives rotation, the rotor tightly adheres to the chamber wall, separating the intake and exhaust ports, and periodically expanding the volume of the intake chamber to suck in air, while periodically reducing the volume of the exhaust chamber to compress gas, pushing open the exhaust valve to exhaust, thereby obtaining vacuum. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the working principle of a single-stage pump. Double stage is composed of two single stages connected in series.
The 2XZB pump is equipped with a gas damper, which has the function of prolonging the use time of pump oil and preventing pump oil from mixing with water.
