The height limit sensor is equipped with 2 mechanical or photoelectric limit switches and a standard SSI multi turn Gray code output encoder, which can work 5-200 turns. It has a value photoelectric code disk, power failure saving, no need for batteries, signal interference, and zero drift.

1. It should be carried out under no load, and the micro switches should be pressed down separately. Confirm whether the micro switches for the two gear lifting limit are sensitive and reliable. When the micro switch corresponding to the cam is pressed, the power supply for the fast rising working gear is cut off, and the lifting hook can only rise at low speed. When the micro switch corresponding to the cam is pressed, the power supply for the lifting operation is cut off, and the lifting hook can only be lowered and not raised.
2. When the hook is lifted to a vertical distance of 1.3 meters or 1 meter from its top to the bottom of the trolley, adjust the shaft 2Z to move the cam 2T until the micro switch 2WK is instantly switched, and tighten the nut.
3. Perform multiple no-load verifications and corrections on the two gear height limits.
4. Lift the lifting hook at low speed, so that the vertical distance from its top to the bottom of the trolley is 1 meter or 0.7 meters. Adjust the shaft 1Z to make the cam 1T move until the micro switch 1WK is instantly switched, and tighten the nut.
5. When the magnification of the hook pulley group changes, the sensor should be readjusted.
