Introduction to flood discharge gate sensor and float water level height sensor: The float steel wire rope and heavy hammer steel wire rope are separated and wound multiple times without sliding or wear. The float measuring steel wire rope is horizontally arranged in the cable slot of the measuring wheel, and is naturally arranged by gravity. The float measuring steel wire rope is horizontally arranged in the cable groove of the measuring wheel, and the wire is naturally arranged by gravity. The travel of each circle is the same, and the entire measurement range is linear.
The float wire rope measuring wheel and the heavy hammer wire rope disc are of different sizes in proportion. But on the same axis and directly linked with the encoder through a coupling,

The steel wire rope and float are both made of stainless steel material. For coastal measurements, anti seawater immersion stainless steel material can be used.

Note: The GPH1000 can be modified to measure up to 40 meters in length and can also be used for long-distance displacement measurement in other industries, connecting moving objects with measuring wheels and steel wire ropes.

Float water level height sensorNotes:

1. Handle with care (as the float switch is a reed switch, it is fragile and should be used with caution)

2. Attention to usage temperature: PP plastic should be within 80 degrees Celsius, and stainless steel should be within 150 degrees Celsius.

3. Try to avoid vibration, magnetic fields, or exceeding the maximum temperature for a long time in the usage environment.

4. The liquid used should avoid being too viscous.

5. Regularly clean the dirt on the connecting rod and floating ball (the cycle depends on the medium).
