Overview

Automatic lubricating pump, also known as Pulsarlube M automatic oiler, is a high-tech lubrication equipment launched by manufacturers such as Pulsarlube in the United States. Its working temperature range is -15 ℃~60 ℃, and it is controlled by a microprocessor to drive the piston movement of the worm gear for lubricating grease delivery. Product Details

Durable GMF-F piston pump unit, equipped with 26 additional pump units, suitable for multi line and progressive systems. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

pump element
The suspension pump component is driven in the forward direction and has multiple sizes to choose from. In addition, the delivery quantity can be adjusted from 25% of the nominal delivery quantity to 100%.

Easy Lock eccentric type
GMF-F is now equipped with Easy Lock eccentric type, which allows the pump components to be automatically hooked. This can prevent assembly errors.

Lubrication point
Due to the large number of pump components, the pump can directly supply up to 26 lubrication points. By using a progressive distributor, the number of lubrication points can also be increased. The conveying pressure is 350 (or 400 bar) to support the use of large systems.

Various Drivers
Pumps can be driven by different types of methods, such as electric three-phase motors, oscillating drives, or hydraulic motors.

Pipeline kit
The flexible pipeline kit allows for any number of outlets to be combined in a simple and easy to install manner, allowing for flexible flow design.

Monitoring of fill water level
On the basis of the validated water level monitoring system, a water level monitoring system with more switching points has been added. Ultrasound technology is also used for non-contact output of media levels in analog or digital form.
