The fuel distributor is an important component of the air/fuel subsystem in the electronic fuel injection system. Its main function is to provide stable fuel flow to each cylinder injector and achieve uniform distribution. It is installed at the injector on the intake manifold, serving both the purpose of fixing and connecting the injector, while also alleviating the effects of fuel pressure pulsation and high-temperature vaporization. This device is widely used in gasoline and diesel engines, and can be divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, die cast aluminum and other types according to the material. It can also be classified into two types based on working pressure: pneumatic and high-pressure.

working principle

2. Flow control: Match engine operating conditions to maintain a stable fuel supply
3. Dynamic adjustment: Cooperate with the oil pressure regulator to ensure sufficient fuel flow and evenly distribute it to each cylinder injector
Type classification
