1. Measuring water flow rate: The PAC dosing device controls the dosage of PAC by measuring the water flow rate. Generally, flow measurement equipment such as electromagnetic flow meters or turbine meters are accepted, which can accurately measure the flow rate of water.

2. Medication control: Based on the measured water flow rate and the set PAC dosing ratio, the speed of the PAC dosing pump is automatically controlled to achieve accurate and clear dosing control.

3. Stirring and mixing: After adding PAC, a specific stirring and mixing process is required to achieve sufficient dispersion and mixing of PAC, so that it can fully contact impurities in the water and complete the coagulation effect. We generally accept mixing equipment such as direct mixers or static mixers.

4. Precipitation removal: After coagulation reaction, impurities in the water will precipitate to the lower part of the water and need to be removed by sedimentation tanks and other equipment.

Tips for blocking PAC dosing device:

1. Dissolving PAC is still better done with aeration mixing, but the dispensing process should be slower. If the owner's medication is already prepared, only slightly mix it when using.

2. A storage tank of about 1.5 square meters is used for aeration and mixing. A self-priming pump is installed below the tank, followed by a reflux system. A 1-inch PVC pipe is used. The concentration of the medicine is about 10% (rumored to hydrolyze if it is too low), and 3-5 kg of medication is added every hour without filtration. It is pumped into the coagulation tank with mud and water.

3. PAC has a short shelf life, and one month is not acceptable. This is the root cause and has little to do with pipeline reflux. Advocate for purchasing PAC agents with longer shelf life.

The PAC dosing device undergoes factory inspection and functional testing before leaving the factory. The manufacturing, electrical connections, and functions of the equipment are comprehensively tested as required, and the test results are attached to the product quality certificate.

Maintenance of PAC dosing device

1. Regular inspection: Regularly check the operation status of equipment, including the operation of power supply, conveying system, chemical dosing device, etc., and promptly detect and solve faults.

2. Cleaning and replacement: Regularly clean the equipment to remove dirt and sediment inside, ensuring that the equipment is unobstructed. At the same time, according to the usage of the equipment, regularly replace accessories such as chemicals and filters.
