Underground sewage treatment equipment is a device buried underground for sewage treatment, and its core working principle is mainly based on the combination of various treatment methods such as physics, chemistry, and biology. Usually, biofilm technology is used to degrade and transform pollutants such as organic matter and hydrogen phosphorus in wastewater through different reaction zones such as anaerobic, aerobic, and anaerobic, in order to achieve the goal of purifying wastewater.
Specific process of buried sewage treatment equipment
1. Pre treatment stage: sewageenterEnter the pre-treatment box or grid well, and remove large particle impurities and suspended substances such as paper, plastic bags, and hair through mechanical methods such as sedimentation, screening, or grid to prevent blockages in pipelines and subsequent processing equipment.
2. Anaerobic treatment stage: The pre treated sewage enters the anaerobic tank or anaerobic zone. In the anaerobic environment, anaerobic bacteria consume the organic matter in the sewage, decompose the organic matter to produce biogas, and remove some hydrogen and phosphorus to achieve the goal of removing COD (chemical oxygen demand). The biogas produced has certain resource value.
3. Aerobic treatment stage: The treated sewage is transported to the aerobic tank or aerobic zone, and air is injected into the tank through aeration equipment to promote the growth of aerobic microorganisms. These microorganisms can further decompose organic matter in wastewater, carry out nitrification, convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate, reduce the BOD (biological oxygen demand) value of the water body, and ensure that the water quality meets the standard.
4. Hypoxia treatment stage: The sewage enters the anoxic zone, where anaerobic bacteria denitrify the nitrate in the sewage, reducing it to nitrogen and absorbing phosphate to achieve denitrification and phosphorus removal.

5. Sedimentation and disinfection stage: The sewage treated with aerobic treatment flows into the sedimentation tank, where residual suspended solids and microorganisms are removed through sedimentation. Then, physical disinfection such as UV lamps or disinfection treatment in the disinfection tank is carried out to ensure that the effluent quality meets the standards.
6. Discharge and reuse: The water treated through the above steps can be discharged into rivers, lakes, or reused for landscape water, irrigation, etc. Part of the sludge flows back to the anaerobic zone, and part is discharged for sludge treatment.
Equipment structure
Regulating tank: regulating the flow rate and water quality of sewage to ensure the stability of subsequent treatment units, stabilizing the water quantity and quality of sewage, and facilitating subsequent treatment.
Biochemical pool: including anoxic and aerobic pools, relying on microorganisms to decompose organic pollutants.Specific process of buried sewage treatment equipment
Sedimentation tank: further remove suspended solids in the water to ensure clear effluent.
Disinfection pool: Disinfect the effluent to ensure that the discharged water meets hygiene standards.

Application scenarios
1. Urban sewage treatment: It can be widely used in residential areas, commercial districts, schools, commercial centers, etc. to meet the sewage treatment needs generated in daily life and protect the water quality and safety of urban environment.
2. Rural decentralized sewage treatment: In some rural areas, traditional sewage pipe network construction requires large investment and slow results. As a decentralized treatment solution, buried sewage treatment equipment can achieve on-site sewage treatment, effectively treating rural domestic sewage, livestock and poultry sewage, etc., and improving the rural environment.
3. Tourist attractions: Tourist attractions usually have high foot traffic, high water usage, and frequent temporary sewage generation. Underground sewage treatment equipment has become an ideal choice for scenic spot sewage treatment due to its flexibility and small footprint, which can treat scenic spot sewage and protect the natural ecological environment.
4. Industrial wastewater treatment: For high concentration wastewater generated by certain industrial enterprises, such as chemical, electronic, printing and dyeing industries, buried sewage treatment equipment can be adjusted according to actual conditions to ensure treatment effectiveness and reduce environmental pollution risks.
5. Livestock and poultry farms: can treat breeding wastewater and reduce breeding pollution.
