1. Introduction

CZJ-B4 typeVibration monitoring deviceIt is a precision intelligent measurement and control instrument widely used in departments such as power, petroleum, and chemical engineering. By using a magneto electric speed sensor, the vibration peaks of bearings in rotating machinery such as steam turbines and fans can be measured—Continuous monitoring and measurement of peak values. It has alarm and shutdown control signal output. Equipped with current output, it can be connected to devices such as computers. The monitoring device adopts 80×160（mm）Universal case, LED digital display, PVC color facial mask and light touch keys, beautiful appearance, novel style, reasonable structure, simple installation, stable performance and reliable quality.

2. Main functions

2.1 It has dual channels, each of which can measure and display vibration amplitude.

2.2 It has an alarm protection function. When the vibration amplitude exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

2.3 The two-level alarm setting values are within the measurement range, and users can freely set them through the front panel buttons.

2.4 It is equipped with current output and can be connected to devices such as computers.
