Vibration monitoring and protection device

• Overview

JM-B-3ZThe vibration monitoring and protection device is mainly suitable for fields such as power generation, steel, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. It continuously monitors and measures the bearing vibration (vibration) and shaft vibration (relative vibration) of various rotating machinery. In this type of machine, the shaft vibration can be transmitted to the casing to a large extent. Therefore, the monitoring device can be equipped with a magnetic electric speed sensor for continuous measurement and protection of rotating machinery. The installation of the sensor should be particularly careful not to reduce the amplitude of the sensor, and the frequency effect should not be changed or the generated signal cannot represent the true vibration of the machine. For situations where a large number of vibration points need to be measured, such as motors, compressors, fans, etc., it is convenient for users to analyze and maintain the working condition of the machine. Equipped with current output, it can be used for connecting external recorders and microcomputers.
