The temperature indicator controller is mainly composed of elastic elements (bellows), capillary tubes, and temperature packs. The sealing system composed of these three parts is filled with temperature sensing liquid, and when the measured temperature changes, the volume of temperature sensing liquid inside the temperature pack changes accordingly. This volume increment is transmitted through a capillary tube to the elastic element (bellows) inside the instrument, causing a corresponding displacement. After being amplified by the mechanism, this displacement can indicate the measured temperature and drive the micro switch to output a signal to drive the cooling system, achieving the purpose of controlling the temperature rise of the transformer.
The BWY-804L6F temperature indicator adopts composite sensing technology, which is designed according to the requirements of large transformer users to ensure the reliability and safety of the operation of large power transformers above 800kVA. The product is embedded with a Pt100 platinum resistor in the temperature package, and through the wiring terminals inside the meter, the temperature signal can be transmitted to the XMT digital temperature display instrument hundreds of meters away.
