Thermal oil electric heating device is a new, safe, efficient and energy-saving industrial furnace that can provide low pressure and high temperature heat energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, generates heat by an immersion electric heater, and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the thermal oil to circulate in a closed circuit in liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat consuming equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heat consuming equipment, the thermal oil passes through the circulation pump again, returns to the electric heater, absorbs heat, and transfers it to the heat consuming equipment again. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous heat transfer, causing the temperature of the heated object to rise and meet the heating process requirements.
