Special thermocouple for steel leakage prediction system in continuous casting crystallizer

Our company's dedicated thermocouple for predicting and measuring steel leakage in continuous casting crystallizers is used as a key temperature measurement point on the crystallizer of the steel plant's continuous casting machine. The temperature control at this point directly affects the formation of the finished product and the warning of steel leakage. This product uses multiple products to form a temperature measurement matrix, with very small measurement errors between each point. The unique top pin structure design can fully contact and accurately and quickly conduct the temperature on the crystallizer. The same matrix is screened for same direction deviation using thermocouples to ensure the measurement accuracy of the product.
