Stainless steel electric water filterPurpose:
The DLS water filter automatically filters, cleans, and discharges water containing a large amount of floating debris and sediment. This type of filter is mainly used for power plant technology water supply automation and is the * device of the centralized water supply system in power plants. Widely used in the following industrial and mining enterprises: thermal power plants, hydropower stations, thermal power companies, steel enterprises, mining and mineral processing, printing and dyeing, papermaking, textile and other circulating cooling water systems, process water, heating network return water systems and other water supply pipelines.
Structural features:
Electric planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, water filter body, electric sewage ball valve, differential pressure controller, PLC controller, electrical cabinet.
Composition of water filter body:
Filter cartridge, sewage rotating mechanism, sewage receiving system, upper and lower sewage pipes, tank body, inlet and outlet pipes, bottom drain pipe, and filter cartridge maintenance hand holes are installed on the upper part of the tank body.

Notes:
1. The selection of filter specifications should match the installation pipeline. When the flow rate of the filter cannot meet the requirements of the pipeline, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel, or side filtration can be performed.
2. The filter should be installed in a protected area of the system as much as possible. The low pressure at the inlet affects its use, so it should also be installed near the pressure source.
3. The filter should be installed in series in the pipeline system. To ensure uninterrupted water supply during system shutdown and maintenance, it is recommended to install a bypass in the system. The cut-off ball valve should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the filter and on the bypass. Check valves should be installed at the outlet of the filter.
4. When selecting, pay attention to the water temperature not exceeding its suitable temperature.
5. There is three-phase 380V AC power frequency (three-phase four wire system) at the installation site. The sewage pipe should not exceed 5 meters to avoid back pressure.
6. DC systems should pay attention to filtration accuracy, preprocessing, and pressure issues, while intermittent systems should pay attention to timed control.
7. Reasonably choose the installation environment, pay attention to waterproofing, rain resistance, and moisture resistance.
