Dissolved air flotation machine is a water treatment equipment that integrates functions such as dissolved air water preparation, microbubble generation, contact with dissolved air, flocculation, separation, water collection, and slag discharge. Its working principle is mainly to mix and dissolve air with pressurized water to form high concentration dissolved water, and then use the sudden release method to generate a large number of fine bubbles, causing suspended solids or colloidal particles in the water to adhere to the bubbles and float to the water surface with the bubbles, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
For the air flotation equipment system, the dissolved air system is like the "heart" of the air flotation equipment, and it is also the most important part of the air flotation equipment. The dissolved gas system mainly consists of a water pump, valves, dissolved gas tank, release device, and air compressor. Adopting an internal circulation method, a dynamic equilibrium system is achieved through an uninterrupted process of gas dissolution and release. Dissolved air water is a mixture of air and water formed by lifting clean water from an air flotation tank through a reflux pump to a dissolved air tank, where compressed air is dissolved in the water under a certain pressure,; The required dissolved air is provided by an air compressor and the gas flow rate and pressure are regulated by a pressure regulating valve. The entire gas dissolution system has a gas dissolution rate of 10%, ensuring even dispersion of microbubbles during gas dispersion, with an average bubble diameter of less than 30 µ m.
The dissolved air flotation machine is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high chromaticity, high organic content, low oil content, low surface active substance content, or water rich in algae. Compared to other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact tank body.

Debugging of dissolved air flotation machine:
1. Before equipment debugging, the following preparations should be made:
(1) Clean all the dirt and debris in the pool.
(2) Lubricate the parts that require lubrication, such as the water pump and scraper.
(3) Connect the power, start the water pump, check if the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, and promptly investigate the cause if any abnormal situation is found.
(4) Press the foam scraper switch to scrape off the upper layer of floating debris.
