The system adopts a one-time scanning method, generating two panoramic images under polarized and bright fields in one scan, which is simple, easy to use, efficient, and accurate. One click start, automatic recognition of metal, non-metal, and fiber particles, particle quantity, size, grade, filter membrane coverage, and other parameters. The one-time scanning method has high accuracy, fast speed, and avoids misjudgment and missed detection of metal particles.

Bright field and polarization are automatically and flexibly switched by computer control, without manual adjustment, noise and vibration, reducing human error.

The pollutant identification, analysis, calculation, and editing system automatically identifies particles, counts, and analyzes particle categories based on standards. Provide the function of connecting or segmenting images. In addition to built-in standards, users can add custom standards.

Result correction: For individual particles that cannot be automatically identified for segmentation or over segmentation, the software provides a manual correction function that can manually segment or group particles
