The sample transfer device adopts a sealed vacuum chamber, which can be docked with the glove box port for sample transfer under inert gas protection or for sample transfer under vacuum on various other platforms.

QuickLokIncluding a loading chamber that can comprehensively control vacuuming, de vacuuming, and sample transfer, the chamber is installed on a suitable vacuum chamber port. This system also includes customized interface flanges and connection parts with the pump. The compact vacuum transfer device features a quick release latch that matches with a dovetail sample holder (sample shuttle). The system includes standard sample shuttles and optional sample holders for processing various types of samples. There is a sample stage in the electron microscope chamber that is compatible with the sample shuttle.

Load the sample onto the appropriate sample holder, and then install the transfer device onto itQuickLokUp there. After the airlock and transmission device are evacuated to the preset vacuum value, the gate valve opens, and then the sample is transferred to the electron microscope sample stage. For sample transfer from other vacuum systems or glove boxes, please request the corresponding interface flange information available.
