INTRA
The FTS Intra roughness profiler is developed by Taylor Hopson Limited in the UK based on the Form Talysurf series of standard metrology products. Suitable for use in production sites and metrology rooms. Its predecessor product model was FTS Plus.
The performance of the FTS Intra's drive box and sensors is the same as the S3C model in the Form Talysurf series used in standard metrology rooms. The difference lies in the control and data analysis sections. The Form Talysurf series uses computer-controlled analysis. FTS Intra uses a PDA control processor and a touch screen. It can display control menus and analysis results (graphics and parameters), etc. The control analysis unit can control the driving unit through wired connection or infrared remote control.
FTS Intra can also be configured with a computer, and the measured data can be directly transmitted to the computer for Ultra software to control the instrument and analyze the measurement data.
