Clever vacuum design
The CCU-010 HV series high vacuum coating system, in addition to conventional high-quality sputtering coatings for SEM and EDX, also covers the highest level of SEM, TEM, and thin film applications. Specially selected and designed materials, surfaces, and shapes can greatly shorten the vacuuming time. Two additional standard vacuum flanges allow for the connection of third-party equipment.

LC-006 Metal Large Chamber
LC-006 is an enlarged version of the current glass chamber, with an aluminum structure. This optional metal chamber can accommodate 6 "wafers or other large-sized samples, eliminating the need for implosion protection. LC-006 is optional on CCU-010 for coating larger samples and wafers without any modifications.

SP-010 & SP-011Sputtering module
Once the two sputtering modules are inserted into the CCU-010 LV and CCU-010 HV coating main units, they can be used.
The SP-010 and SP-011 sputtering modules have effective active cooling function and long continuous spraying time, making them very suitable for applications that require thicker films. Multiple sputtering targets are available, suitable for SEM, FIB, and various thin film applications.
The magnetron component of SP-010 sputtering device is designed to optimize the use of target materials. This makes it an ideal tool for fine particle precious metal coating in electron microscopes. For extremely fine particle size coating, it is recommended to use the CCU-010 HV series coating instrument with turbopump vacuum pumping.
The magnetron component of SP-011 sputtering device is used for high-power sputtering and wide range material coating. For thin film applications that require higher coating rates and thicker film layers than conventional EM applications, it is recommended to use this sputtering head. The combination of SP-011 and CCU-010 HV can meet challenging applications such as DLC, ITO, or ferromagnetic sputtering material coating.

ET-010Plasma etching unit
Before or after coating the sample, plasma etching treatment can be performed on the sample. By selecting this attachment, argon gas, other etching gases, or atmospheric gas can be chosen as the processing gas. This can clean the sample before coating and increase the adhesion of the film; Plasma treatment can also be performed after coating the sample to modify the surface of the film layer.
