Clever vacuum design
The CCU-010 HV series high vacuum coating instrument covers the highest level of SEM, TEM, and thin film applications. Specially selected and designed materials, surfaces, and shapes can greatly shorten the vacuuming time. Two additional standard vacuum flanges allow for the connection of third-party equipment.

LC-006 Metal Large Chamber
The optional LC-006 is an enlarged version of the current glass chamber, with an aluminum structure. This metal chamber can accommodate 6 "wafer samples or other large-sized samples, and eliminates the need for implosion protection. LC-006 is optional on CCU-010 HV, allowing for coating of larger samples and wafers without any modifications.

SP-010 & SP-011Sputtering module
Both sputtering modules can be used immediately once inserted into the CCU-010 HV coating main unit.
The SP-010 and SP-011 sputtering modules have effective active cooling function and long continuous spraying time, making them very suitable for applications that require thicker films. Multiple sputtering targets are available, suitable for SEM, FIB, and various thin film applications.
The magnetron component of SP-010 sputtering device is designed to optimize the use of target materials. This makes it an ideal tool for fine particle precious metal coating in electron microscopes, and also suitable for extremely fine particle size coating.
The magnetron component of SP-011 sputtering device is used for high-power sputtering and wide range material coating. For thin film applications that require higher coating rates and thicker film layers than conventional EM applications, it is recommended to use this sputtering head. The combination of SP-011 sputtering head and CCU-010 HV main unit can meet challenging applications such as DLC, ITO, or ferromagnetic sputtering material coating. (Choose one as standard)

CT-010 Carbon Evaporation Module
The compact plug-in carbon evaporation module sets a new benchmark for carbon plating. After inserting the head into the CCU-010 HV coating main unit, it can be used immediately, suitable for SEM, TEM, and any application that requires high-quality carbon film. The CT-010 uses a unique and technologically advanced carbon rope reel system that can perform up to dozens of coatings without the need to replace the carbon source. After a section of carbon rope evaporates, a new section will automatically move forward, and the used carbon rope will fall into a convenient collection tray. In addition to being easy to use, the automatic reel system also allows for controllable deposition of almost any thickness of carbon film within one coating cycle. The easy to choose coating mode ensures coating safety, from gentle evaporation of thin films on temperature sensitive samples to high-power flash coating of thick film layers in FIB applications. The intelligent power supply control that integrates pulse evaporation, automatic start baffle degassing, and film thickness monitoring provides precise film thickness and can avoid surface unevenness caused by sparks.

GD-010 Glow Discharge Module
The optional GD-010 glow discharge system can be quickly installed and surface treated with air, argon, or other specialized gases, such as making the carbon film hydrophilic. This machine can perform carbon coating and glow discharge treatment in sequence, without the need to "break" the vacuum or replace the processing head, greatly simplifying the operation process. This unit is installed on CT-010 and compatible with all sample stages.

HS-010Vacuum storage box
The optional HS-010 vacuum storage box can store spare coating heads, spare planetary or rotating tables, all sputtering targets, and carbon accessories in a clean state under vacuum conditions. Connect to the coating main unit through an integrated vacuum pipeline, and use the CCU-010 vacuum system to evacuate the storage box. Alternatively, users can also use an external vacuum pump as a substitute. The comfortable manual locking device and deflation valve allow for independent vacuuming and deflation control of the storage compartment. The additional standard vacuum chamber can effectively avoid cross contamination between carbon evaporation and sputtered metals.

ET-010Plasma etching unit
Before or after coating the sample, this unit can be selected to perform plasma etching treatment on the sample. By using this attachment, argon gas, other etching gases, or atmosphere can be selected as the processing gas. This can clean the sample before coating and increase the adhesion of the film. Plasma treatment can also be performed on the surface of the carbon film after carbon plating on the sample to modify it.

Coating LAB software
Use the optional PC based Coating LAB software to view processed data, including chart information. The data includes pressure, current, voltage, coating rate, and film thickness, with the coating rate being a real-time curve. Convenient software upgrades and parameter settings make this intelligent tool even more perfect.

Multiple sample tables available for selection
CCU-010 provides a sample stage with a diameter of 80mm, which can be inserted into a height adjustable and tiltable sample stage bracket. Other specialized rotating sample tables, planetary tables, slide sample tables, etc. can be selected.
