It is suitable for the connection line or signal transmission of mobile equipment electrical apparatus and meters with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. The cable and steel wire are wear-resistant, flame retardant, heat resistant, cold resistant, oil resistant, corrosion resistant and other characteristics. The product is especially suitable for stacker reclaimer, port machine drum and control cable for crane operating handle. It is widely used in metallurgy, power, mining, petrochemical, shipbuilding, mobile equipment manufacturing and other industries.

Usage characteristics
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.45/0.75KV; z.ui high operating temperature: 105 ℃; z. UI low ambient temperature: fixed installation -40 ℃;
2. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than -25 ℃.

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (Class R) meets the requirements of GB3956;
2. The insulation resistance at 20 ℃ shall not be less than 50M Ω/KM;

1. The laying of drag chain cables cannot be twisted, that is, the cable cannot be untied from one end of the cable drum or cable reel. Instead, the drum or cable reel should be rotated first to unfold the cable, and if necessary, the cable can be unfolded or hung up. The cable used for this occasion can only be obtained directly from the cable reel.

2. Attention must be paid to the minimum bending radius of the cable, and the installation radius should not be less than 6 times the diameter of the cable.

3. The cables must be laid loosely side by side in the drag chain, separated as much as possible, separated by spacers or inserted into the separation holes of the bracket. The gap between the cables in the drag chain should be at least 10% of the cable diameter.

4. The cables in the drag chain must not come into contact with each other or get stuck together.

5. Both points of the cable must be fixed, or at least fixed at the moving end of the drag chain. The distance between the moving point of a general cable and the end of the drag chain should be 20-30 times the diameter of the cable.

6. Please ensure that the cable moves within the bending radius and cannot be forced to move. In this way, the cables can move relative to each other or to the guiding device. After a period of operation, it is best to check the position of the cable. This inspection must be conducted after the push-pull movement.

7. If the drag chain breaks, its cable also needs to be replaced, as damage caused by excessive stretching cannot be avoided.
