1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 6/10KV; z.ui high operating temperature: 180 ℃; z. UI low ambient temperature: fixed installation -60 ℃;

2. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than -25 ℃.

Main technical indicators

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (Class R) meets the requirements of GB3956;

2. The insulation resistance at 20 ℃ shall not be less than 50M Ω/KM;

3. The finished cable shall withstand AC 50Hz 15KV/5min voltage test without breakdown.

Precautions for installation of mobile drum flat cable:

1. To avoid rolling the drum cable, we should transport the cable directly to the site;

2. Before installing the cable reel, it must be unfolded, and during the unfolding process, it can only be removed from the top of the cable reel;

3. If there is not enough space to accommodate the entire length of the cable, the distance between the cable reel and the equipment drum should be as long as possible to avoid S-bends and other deviations during installation;

4. A large proportion of cable clamps must be used to secure the end of the cable to avoid squeezing it;

5. When the cable is pulled out, at least two turns of the cable should be retained on the equipment cable reel;

6. During the operation, the electric tie will cross the entry point. If the entry point is below the ground, a compensating pulley of appropriate diameter must be used, and a funnel-shaped guide device must be equipped on it to wind one or two turns of cable around it
