2、 Fusite precipitated fiber
Fusite precipitated fiber is a thin film fiber material of aromatic meta polyamide. Fusite precipitated fibers have excellent thermal stability (can be used for more than 10 years at 220 ℃, heated for 1000 hours at 240 ℃, with mechanical strength still maintaining 65% of its original level, and only decompose into a small amount of gas at 370 ℃ or above), flame retardancy (self extinguishing, surface carbonization during high-temperature combustion, non combustible, and no molten droplets), electrical insulation (aramid insulation paper can withstand a breakdown voltage of up to 10kV/mm), chemical stability, adhesion, and thermal bonding properties. They are widely used in the manufacturing of electrical insulation paper, high-temperature filter materials, packaging, honeycomb structure materials, and are important basic materials in high-tech fields such as aerospace, aviation, * * *, electronics, communication, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical, and marine development.

3、 Preparation process of meta aramid precipitation fiber
The characteristic of meta aramid precipitated fibers is a water containing flocculent state. The XLC2000 is equipped with a specially designed screw rotor, mixing head, dispersing head, with one inlet for the coagulation bath and the other for the aramid solution. The working principle is to use the high-speed rotation of a special screw rotor to generate feed, and continuously and uniformly introduce the high modulus liquid crystal raw material into the rapidly flowing DMAC and water mixture. After the mixing reaction in the shear chamber, it is instantly sheared and dispersed, precipitating down like short fibers. Since the mixed liquid and the raw material are not in contact with each other before mixing, only at the moment before mixing, the raw material is dispersed and introduced into the mixed liquid, so the precipitated fibers are finer and more uniform. The Xide mechanical settling machine adopts an upright design, consisting of 1-3 working chambers. Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material moves at high speed in the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, forming turbulent flow. The material is subjected to stronger hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, impact, and grinding, achieving the effects of dispersion, emulsification, and fragmentation. The distribution range of material particle size and the effect of homogenization and refinement, as well as the output size, are determined by the physical properties of the processed material, the number of working chambers, and the control of the time the material stays in the working chamber.
