KTR030Single wire and cable vertical combustion testing machine flame confirmation device
1、 Overview
Single vertical combustion temperature measuring device, used for confirming the test flame of single wire and cable vertical combustion testing machine, in accordance with GB/T5169.14-2007 Fire hazard testing for electrical and electronic products Part 14: Test flame 1kW nominal premixed flame equipment, confirmation test methods and guidelines.
2、 Main parameters
1.304 stainless steel bracket, adjustable height;
2. Flame monitoring device:
One imported K-type thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5mm from the United States
A precision thermometer in Taiwan, China, China
Electrolytic copper block with a diameter of 9mm and a mass of 10g ± 0.05g per piece.
3、 Assembly
Refer to the following figure and Figure A.8.
Install the thermometer and thermocouple on the bracket and fix them.
Be careful not to damage or break the imported thermocouple during operation!
4、 Test method
(For details, please refer to "Confirmation of Test Flames" in GB/T5169.14-2007)
1. Principle
When using the flame device shown in Figure A.8, the temperature range indicated by the temperature measuring copper block is from
The time required for the temperature to rise from 100 ± 5 ℃ to 700 ± 3 ℃ should be 45 ± 5 seconds
2. Program
2.1 Place the temperature measuring device inside the combustion chamber of the single vertical combustion testing machine.
When initially adjusting the flame, temporarily move the burner (spray gun) and copper block of the single vertical combustion testing machine away to avoid the flame affecting the copper block. (Do not exceed 800 ℃ on the temperature gauge, otherwise the imported thermocouple will be damaged! If it is about to exceed, immediately move the blowtorch away! When using, press the "1.0" key on the temperature gauge to display an integer.)
2.3 Ignite the flame and adjust the gas and air flow rates to the specified values, so that the flame core height and total height are within the specified range and symmetrical. Wait at least 5 minutes until the burner conditions reach stability.
2.4 Keep the temperature/time display in operation and adjust the position of the burner below the copper block.
2.5 Conduct 3 measurements to determine the time for the temperature of the copper block to rise from 100 ℃± 5 ℃ to 700 ℃± 3 ℃. After each measurement, naturally cool the copper block in air to below 50 ℃.
2.6 Calculate the average time in seconds as the experimental result.
