The K-LWQ12972 mining cable bending test machine is operating in an S-shape. There is a detachable device on the base of the cable bending test device, which can easily install cable samples. The bending diameter can be changed or adjusted. During operation, the clutch device operates, disengaging from the driving device of the moving iron column and running along a fixed track. The cable sample moves with the driving device (can rotate back and forth in reverse). 　　1、 Application of Mining Cable Bending Testing Machine:

This machine is suitable for testing the bending performance of cables used in coal mines. During the production and construction process of coal mine cables, it is necessary to carry out the operation of rewinding and rewinding. During this process, in addition to changes in radius and curvature, the cables themselves will also undergo varying degrees of bending changes. The above processes will all affect the quality of the cable. According to the national wire and cable testing standards, it is required to observe whether the cable has broken wires or short circuits during the bending test process after a period of time (or corresponding times), and check whether the tested cable is qualified.

1. Sample bending fixture radius: R150 ± 10mm, 200 ± 10mm, R250 ± 10mm can be replaced.

2. Test speed: adjustable from 0.1 to 1m/s.
