Deben's KED series scanning electron microscope specialized detectors include BSE (backscattered electron), 4 quadrant BSE (four quadrant backscattered electron), CL (cathodoluminescence), STEM (scanning transmission), etc. Centaurus is a scintillation type backscattered electron/cathodoluminescence detector. This innovative product utilizes image contrast (grayscale) to study the composition or morphology of samples, and can also quickly replace probes to convert to cathodoluminescence detectors. Wavelength range: 300-650nm (BSE), 185-850nm (CL). STEM has bright field, dark field, and mixed field imaging, with 8 and 12 grid positions.
