Overview
The multifunctional reader (RVLM automatic microbial counting analyzer) adopts the latest patented detection method: colorimetric and selective counting of the microbial quantity of food samples in disposable, ready to use reagent bottles. Disposable reagent bottles that can be used immediately after use: available anytime and anywhere; Pre fill the actual object detection; The sample does not require pre-processing; No need for a laboratory. Technical principle: Measure the catalytic activity of oxidoreductases in the main metabolic pathways of microorganisms through redox indicators. The redox indicator will change its color according to the oxidation state of the medium. The Log value of color change time is negatively correlated with the degree of microbial contamination, thus obtaining a definite correlation between observed enzyme activity and the number of live cells in the detection sample.

Technical principle:
Measure the catalytic activity of oxidoreductases in the main metabolic pathways of microorganisms through redox indicators. The presence of live bacteria causes the indicator to change the color of the reagent bottle.
The more live bacteria there are, the faster the color change takes.
Selectivity ensures that each detection reagent has a special composition and specific analysis temperature: only the target detection microorganisms can grow in the reagent bottle.
