Q300T D PlusSuitable for multi-layer sequential sputtering of two materials, with two independent sputtering heads, it can sequentially sputter two metals without breaking the vacuum between them. User defined vacuum program, sputtering time, sputtering cycle times, sputtering current and other working parameters, fully automatic operation. Through the cyclic coating program between two targets, it is possible to achieve sequential coating of infinite layers with different thicknesses of two target materials. When not in use, the target material will be blocked by a baffle to prevent contamination. The substrate sample can be made of non oxidizing metals (precious metals) such as gold（Au）Platinum（Pt）Coating, iridium can also be used（Ir）Plating a film layer with a fine film-forming particle structure.
