PP3010It is a highly automated, easy-to-use, tube integrated installation, and supercooled nitrogen gas cooled cryogenic transport preparation system, which is compatible with most major brands and models of ordinary scanning electron microscopes, field emission scanning electron microscopes, and focused ion beams on the market(FIB)Both dual beam electron microscopes can be matched.
PP3010Having all the necessary facilities for rapid freezing, processing, and transfer of samples. The cryogenic preparation chamber is pumped to high vacuum using a turbo molecular pump and includes tools and devices for cryogenic fracture, automatic sublimation, and sputtering coating. After processing, the sample will be transferred from the preparation chamber to a highly stable scanning electron microscope cold stage for observation. The cold trap in the preparation chamber and scanning electron microscope chamber ensures that the entire process is frost free. The sample processing time is usually between a few minutes.
