Load the sample onto the appropriate sample holder (sample shuttle), and then install the transfer device onto the airlock. After the non vacuum space is evacuated to a preset vacuum value, the gate valve opens and the sample is transferred to the electron microscope sample stage. For sample transfer from other vacuum systems or glove boxes, please request the corresponding interface flange information available. If a liquid nitrogen mud pre cooling workstation is selected, sample transfer under vacuum can be obtained through this workstation.
