PP3005 SEMCoolThe system is based onPP3006 CoolLokBut there isn'tPP3004 QuickLokThe sample transmission component. It is designed for low-temperature applications that do not require electron microscopy gas lock replacement.
Instrument features:
•The temperature can be lowered to-190℃, stability better than ±0.5℃
•Split cooling system, can run for a whole day after being filled with liquid nitrogen
•Two independent gas channels are used to cool the cold stage and cold trap respectively

A very stable and insulated nitrogen gas cooling stage is installed on the electron microscope sample stage. The position and shape of the cold trap are based onSEMCustomized based on the internal geometric shape. Both the cold table and the cold trap can achieve-190℃.
The cold table is connected to through an adapterSEMOn the sample stage, there is a dovetail groove to secure the low-temperature sample shuttle. When not in use, the cold table and the connected air and electrical circuits are stored inSEMInside the chamber.
Release the gas and vacuum from the scanning electron microscope, place the sample holder on the cold stage, vacuum the scanning electron microscope, and then cool it to the desired temperature. When changing the sample, it is necessary to first raise the temperature to0℃Above, deflate and vacuum the scanning electron microscope.
