The on-site inspection instrument for building envelope structure uses Z precise technology to detect the temperature points and heat flow parameters of each part, precisely control the temperature of the hot box, track and detect the measured values of the heat flow meter, and thus obtain the heat transfer of the measured part. The power supply and sensor wiring must be correct.
The installation of sensors should have good contact, especially for measuring sensors installed on the surface of the test piece, which must ensure good and firm contact.
When using the hot box, it should be tightly attached to the tested wall as much as possible to prevent outward heat dissipation.
The thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure will only be valid once the state stabilizes.
The inspection instrument is a precision measuring instrument, and vibration and collision should be avoided during transportation and use.
