The ZSQ-90 air leakage tester is equipped with an 8-inch ATPAD touch screen and adopts fully automatic control technology. Simply set the pressure, and the system will automatically adjust and display the air leakage. This device can accurately measure the air leakage of air ducts and air valves, and can instantly inject large amounts of air. The sealing performance of detectable pipelines under positive and negative pressures is evaluated according to the following standards for pipeline sealing EN1507:2006，EN12237:2002，Eurovent 2/2，DW/143，SMACNA Standard ,GB50243—2002 Wide air flow measurement range ensures measurement accuracy, and the identification results can directly determine whether the pipeline sealing is qualified. Real time display of leakage, test pressure, 10000 sets of data storage, browsing, and deletion, 8-inch ATPAD touch screen, simple operation, simple structure, and easy installation. The on-site installation and use are shown in Figure 1, and the specific software operation interface is shown in Figure 2.

Connect the air outlet of the air leakage tester fan to the tested air duct with a hose. Except for the hose connection with the testing device and the pressure measuring tube leading out from above, all other interfaces of the air duct should be blocked. When the air leakage detector is started and the fan speed is gradually increased, air is injected into the duct through a hose, and the pressure inside the duct will gradually increase. When the air duct reaches the required test pressure, adjust the fan speed of the detector to keep the pressure in the air duct constant. At this time, the air volume measured at the inlet of the fan is the air leakage rate of the tested air duct under this pressure.

4、 Product Warranty User Notice
1、 After purchasing our company's air conditioning leakage detector product, please fill out the "Warranty Registration Card" carefully and stamp it with the official seal of the user's unit. Please send a copy of the (1) Lianhe purchase label back to our company's user service department, or entrust the selling unit to send it on your behalf when purchasing the machine. （2） Register with the local branch maintenance station for joint mailing (retention). In areas without repair stations, users are requested to return copies (1) and (2) to our customer service department. When the procedures are incomplete, only repairs can be made without warranty.
2、 Our company's fan air leakage detector products have quality failures (excluding non warranty parts) within one year from the date of purchase. Please provide the "warranty card" (user retention copy) or a copy of the purchase invoice to our company's branch repair stations in various regions for free repair and replacement. During the warranty period, if a copy of the warranty card or purchase invoice cannot be presented, the warranty period will be calculated based on the date of manufacture and will last for one year.
3、 If our company's products fail beyond the warranty period, local repair stations are responsible for after-sales service and product repair, and will charge repair fees according to our company's regulations.
4、 Special configurations (such as irregular sensors, extended cables, software, etc.) outside of the company's standardized products will be charged according to relevant standards.
5、 Any product damage caused by the user's own disassembly and assembly of our company's products, improper transportation, storage, or failure to operate correctly according to the product manual, as well as unauthorized alteration of the warranty card without a purchase voucher, will not be covered by our company's warranty.
