Precautions for fully automatic airtightness testing equipment system:

1. Before use, check whether the power cord of the airtightness tester is well connected, whether the gas source air pipe, test air pipe, etc. are connected according to regulations, and whether there are any damages, holes, leaks, etc. in the air pipe. If any instability is found, please replace it in a timely manner.

2. The airtightness detector should be placed in a space without any air vents, and there should be no vibration or strong magnetic fields around it. The workbench should be stable and not shake.

When setting relevant standard parameters on the airtightness tester, adjustments should be made according to the testing standards of the product. After setting, the testing program should be saved according to the characteristics of the product for easy access.

4. During the use of the airtightness tester, it is strictly prohibited to touch the molds and products inside the fixture by hand. In case of special circumstances, the emergency stop button can be pressed first. After the test stops, the upper mold inside the fixture will be opened to remove the product. However, there will be a grating protection on the fixture. When the hand touches the mold or product, the test will automatically stop.
