The TD-1 type stroke sensor is specially designed by our factory for the stroke of the hydraulic engine in steam turbine units. This product uses an inductive medium frequency displacement sensor to directly convert the opening stroke of the hydraulic servo valve into a corresponding analog output, which can be connected to display instruments, transmitters, and other devices to display displacement.

TD-1The type of stroke sensor is specially designed by our factory for the stroke of the hydraulic engine in steam turbine units. This product uses an inductive medium frequency displacement sensor to directly convert the opening stroke of the hydraulic servo valve into a corresponding analog output, which can be connected to display instruments, transmitters, and other devices to display displacement.

This product can also be used for valve opening measurement, displacement measurement, and automatic control in other industries. It has the characteristics of wide range, high accuracy, easy installation, durability, and long-term continuous use.

  • Precautions for use
    1. TD-1The type of travel sensor includes a sensor (see Figure 1). Generally, sensors are installed at the work site,The secondary meter is installed in the control room and connected with a three core shielded wire. The blue wire is the center line, and the white and red wires are branch lines. If the displacement direction of the sensor is opposite to the direction of the output signal, the connection between the white and blue wires and the instrument can be swapped.
    2. The line between the lines engraved on the sensor activity lever is the linear travel area. If there is no engraved line on the rod, the effective range of rod movement is the linear range.
    3. Sensors are usually equipped with two meter long three core shielded wires when they leave the factory. The wiring markings are shown in Figure 1. If users need to extend the wire length, they can add it when ordering.
    4. When installing sensors, strong electromagnetic fields must be avoided, and ferromagnetic materials cannot be used for shielding. The installation bracket cannot be easily replaced with other materials to avoid affecting accuracy.
