3、 Usage method

Apply the sample onto a glass sheet(200*150*5mm)Apply it parallel to the short side of the glass sheet and form a line at the center of the long side80mmA wide strip. The thickness of the wet paint film is200um±20um.After applying, immediately press the stopwatch,10After sorting, hold the handle of the measuring instrument with both hands and roll the measuring instrument at a constant speed from the center of one end of the short side of the test plate to the other end1sImmediately observe with the naked eye whether the tires of the measuring instrument have adhesive paint. If there is adhesive paint, immediately wipe the tires clean with a cotton cloth moistened with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. Afterwards30sRepeat the test until the tire no longer sticks to the paint, then stop the stopwatch to record the time. This time is the "non stick tire time" of the sample.

4、 Precautions

1When rolling the instrument, gently hold the handle with both hands to avoid any force other than the weight of the instrument being applied to the paint.

2The instrument should be placed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and deformation.
