The MDZ-30 pump is a magnetic driven high and low temperature centrifugal pump, which transfers liquid without particles or fibers as the circulating medium. The pump has a novel appearance design, low vibration, low noise, and no leakage. The pump can circulate media such as water, thermal oil, ethylene glycol, silicone oil, alcohol, and hydrocarbon solutions. The pump has a temperature resistance range of -100 ℃ to+350 ℃. And according to customer needs, customized motors such as variable frequency, explosion-proof, and special power supply can be provided.

Precautions for using a non shaft sealed centrifugal magnetic pump

1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely prohibited to operate them in an empty manner, while also avoiding the possibility of time and space transportation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.

2. Remove rust and solid foreign objects from the device.

3. The air inside the pump must be completely expelled before operation.

4. The interruption operation time shall not exceed 60 seconds.

5. Do not operate continuously in reverse.

6. During operation, if abnormal sounds or vibrations are found, the cause must be quickly identified and the fault must be eliminated.

7. When the flow rate is less than the maximum, it should not operate.

8. The normal working condition of the pump must be within the performance parameter range required by the contract, otherwise it will affect the axial force inside the pump.

9. Normal temperature structure magnetic pump (neodymium iron boron magnetic material) is strictly prohibited from "high temperature" line sweeping.

10. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

11. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
