Maintenance and upkeep of multifunctional industrial liquid circulation pump:

1. Regularly inspect the sealing components of the coolant circulation pump and replace wear-resistant seals in a timely manner.

2. Check the bearing temperature and lubricating oil flow rate and quality of the circulating pump.

3. Check if the mechanical seal of the pump is normal, and replace it with a new one in a timely manner if there is any leakage.

4. Check whether there are foreign objects or impurities at the inlet and outlet of the coolant pump, and clean or replace them in a timely manner.

5. Check the motor current, voltage, insulation resistance, etc. of the pump once a month to ensure they are normal. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with promptly.

6. Regularly clean the suction and outlet ports of the pump to ensure a good water flow channel.

7. Avoid excessively humid or hot environments, regularly check the operating status of equipment, and promptly handle any abnormalities.

8. Regularly replace lubricating oil to avoid the rapid accumulation and oxidation of oil stains and impurities, which can lead to a decrease in oil viscosity, an increase in equipment pressure due to temperature rise, oxygen deficiency, heat loss, or reduced power.

9. Avoid overloading, high speed, or unstable operation of the motor. Regularly force the equipment to shut down to prevent prolonged operation.

10. During maintenance, all outdated supports and accessories should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent problems during equipment operation and reduce the incidence of accidents.

Notes:

(1) Before opening, open the water outlet valve and slowly open the discharge valve according to the model of the hot water circulation pump. When it runs normally, it can be fully opened.


(2) Before opening the high and low temperature circulation pump, the inlet valve can be opened.


(3) Pay close attention to the sound of the hot water circulation pump idling when starting the motor. If idling occurs during inspection, check whether the water level line is higher than the pump body.


(4) Pay attention to whether there is air pressure on the pressure gauge and check if the water level line is higher than the pump body.


(5) After turning on the circulation pump, touch the motor with the back of your hand to check if it is overheating and running normally before leaving.


(6) If any abnormal noise or loud noise is found, it is necessary to report it in a timely manner and wait for maintenance.


(7) If the circulating water pump or motor is found to be stuck or not running, the motor noise is too high, or the motor wire is disconnected, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately, and the machine should be stopped and reported for maintenance and treatment.


(8) It is normal to have slight dew when checking the water pump, and the shaft needs to be cooled. If there is large dew, please report it promptly and wait for maintenance.


(9) Please open the valve before starting the pump, and stop the pump first before closing it in sequence. The valve of the circulating water pump is in a normally open state.
