It is a new type of chemical environmental protection magnetic pump with high corrosion resistance, durability, and safety, applied in various chemical liquid circulation fields. The product refers to advanced design and manufacturing processes, and is equipped with high-strength ductile iron or stainless steel material as the pump casing, lined with full CFRTEFE material as the injection molding material. It is designed with a self circulating heat dissipation cooling structure and insulation structure to ensure the durability and efficiency of the pump.
Application areas: surface treatment, printed circuit boards LED、 Solar energy, semiconductors, chemicals, petrochemicals, and papermaking. Circulating medium: Acid alkali solution without particles or fibers, various strong acid and strong alkali chemical solutions.
1. Good corrosion resistance: Fluorine lined magnetic drive pumps use fluoroplastics (such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)) as the lining material, which has corrosion resistance. This allows the pump to handle various corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
2. Sealing and zero leakage: Magnetic drive technology eliminates mechanical seals in traditional pumps, forming a closed system inside and outside the pump. This not only improves the safety of the pump, but also eliminates leakage problems, especially suitable for processes with strict leakage requirements.
3. Magnetic transmission, no pump shaft perforation: The design adopts magnetic transmission, and the fluorine lined magnetic drive pump does not require pump shaft perforation, eliminating the leakage path that may exist in traditional pumps. This also reduces the maintenance difficulty of the pump and improves its reliability.
4. No pump shaft seal to avoid leakage problems: Due to the absence of pump shaft perforation, the fluorine lined magnetic drive pump eliminates the common pump shaft seal problems of traditional pumps. This not only reduces maintenance costs, but also effectively avoids the risk of leakage caused by aging pump shaft seals.
5. Safe and reliable, with good explosion-proof performance: Due to the absence of mechanical seals, the operation of fluorine lined magnetic drive pumps is safer and more reliable. Its explosion-proof performance * is suitable for occasions with explosion hazards, improving the safety of industrial production.
(1) Check if the pipelines and joints of the fluorine magnetic pump are loose.
(2) Rotate the magnetic pump by hand to see if it is working properly. If any abnormal sound is found in the fluorine magnetic pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
(3) Unscrew the flow plug of the fluorine magnetic pump body and pour water (or mud).
(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipeline.
(5) During operation, the bearing temperature must not exceed 35 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature, and the temperature line must not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
(6) Try to control the flow rate and head of the fluorine magnetic pump within the marked range, ensuring that the magnetic pump operates at the high-energy efficiency point to achieve sufficient energy-saving effect.
(7) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the middle line of the oil gauge, and replace or supplement the lubricating oil in a timely manner.
(8) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve and replace it promptly if there is significant wear.
