1. Software and hardware: The electronic testing machine adopts branded computers, and the control system software is the Windows XP operating system platform. It has the characteristics of fast running speed, gentle interface, and simple operation, which can meet the testing and measurement needs of different materials. It can measure the physical properties of various materials according to national standards, standards, or industry standards.

2. Ball screw: The screws currently used in electronic testing machines include ball screws and trapezoidal screws. Generally speaking, trapezoidal lead screws have large clearances, high friction, and short service life. At present, some manufacturers in the market will use trapezoidal screws instead of ball screws to save costs and gain greater profits.

3. Motor: The motor of the electronic testing machine adopts an AC servo speed control system. Panasonic AC servo motors have stable and reliable performance, and are equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and other protection devices. At present, there is another type of electronic testing machine on the market that uses ordinary three-phase motors or variable frequency motors. This type of motor is controlled by analog signals, which have slow control response, inaccurate positioning, narrow speed regulation range, and low speed or low speed, and inaccurate speed control.

Before starting the testing machine, it is necessary to check the position of the limit block to ensure that it meets the requirements of the testing stroke and does not cause the upper and lower fixtures to collide.

The red mushroom head button on the host is the emergency stop button for the testing machine. In case of emergency, please press immediately.

If the crossbeam moves to the set limit position, the testing machine will automatically stop. If the testing machine is restarted, the limit block should be moved slightly, then the start button should be pressed, and then the up or down button should be clicked before it can run. Otherwise, it cannot run.
