For non self suction centrifugal pumps, this series mainly consists of a pump body composed of a main shaft, impeller, guide vanes, pump casing, mechanical seal, and a motor connected by a coupling.

1. Compact structure. This series of pumps has a horizontal structure, integrating the machine and pump, with a beautiful appearance and a small footprint. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, the footprint is reduced by 30% If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room and it can be placed outdoors for use.
2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high concentricity of components. The motor and pump are directly connected, simplifying the intermediate structure and increasing the smoothness of operation. The impeller has * dynamic and static balance, with no vibration and low noise during operation, extending the service life of the bearings and improving the operating environment.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical sealing, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, leak free, and has a long service life.

1. During the operation of the pipeline centrifugal pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 3 ℃, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body of the centrifugal pump in the pipeline, and pay attention to the oil level being at the centerline of the oil mark. Smooth oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.

3. Twist open the water intake plug and inject grout into the water intake channel (or grout).

4. Close the outlet pipe valve, outlet and inlet vacuum gauges of the centrifugal pump pipeline.

5. Tap the centrifugal pump motor in the pipeline to see if the motor rotates properly.

6. Run the pipeline centrifugal pump motor. After the pipeline centrifugal pump is running normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see if they indicate the appropriate pressure. Then slowly open the shut-off valve and check the motor load condition at the same time.

7. Try to manipulate the capacity and head of the centrifugal pump in the pipeline as much as possible, within the range indicated on the signboard, to ensure that the pipeline pump operates at the highest power and achieves the maximum energy savings.

8. If the centrifugal pump in the pipeline makes abnormal noises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.

9. When the pipeline centrifugal pump needs to be discontinued, first turn off the shut-off valve and pressure gauge, and then terminate the motor.

10. Check whether there is any looseness in the centrifugal pump, pipeline, and wiring of the pipeline. When closing the pipeline centrifugal pump, check if the pipeline pump is sensitive.

11. Regularly maintain the wear condition of the peripheral sleeve of the pipeline centrifugal pump, and replace it immediately after wear.

12. When the pipeline centrifugal pump is used in cold winter, it is necessary to loosen the oil drain plug at the lower part of the pump body to release the medium after stopping the pipeline pump, in order to avoid frost cracking.

13. If the pipeline centrifugal pump has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pipeline pump, dry off the water, apply grease packaging to the rotating parts and joints, and store them properly.

14. In the first few months of operation, the pipeline pump needs to remove and replace the lubricating grease after 100 hours, and change the oil every 500 hours.

15. Regularly adjust the filling cap of the centrifugal pump in the pipeline to ensure that the dripping inside the filling chamber is normal (preferably when dripping out).

maintenance
1. Clean all the components to be installed.
2. Install a mechanical seal on the motor spindle, and add a small amount of clean turbine oil or No. 20 engine oil to the surface where the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal match.
3. Install the impeller and tighten it with the impeller nut.
