Features:
1. It can be combined with various dry grinding machines (such as air flow mills, planetary ball mills, Raymond mills, vibration mills, etc.) to form a closed-loop system and improve work efficiency.
2. Suitable for fine grading of dry micro scale products, it can grade spherical, flake, needle shaped particles, and also classify particles of different densities.
3. By adopting a new grading wheel and optimizing the internal grading structure of conventional products, the grading accuracy and efficiency have been significantly improved. 97% of products with a size less than 5 μ m can be obtained, with a grading efficiency of over 90%.
4. The control system adopts Xian's PLC automation control, with real-time display of operating status and easy operation.
5. The system operates under negative pressure, and the dust emissions and equipment noise meet national environmental protection requirements.

Working Principle:
It is achieved by compressing air through freeze-drying and filtering, allowing clean air to enter the crushing chamber at supersonic speed through the crushing nozzle, making the material in a fluidized state. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jet streams, producing intense collisions, friction, and shear to achieve ultrafine particle crushing. The material enters the grading zone with the rising airflow, and due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, the crushed particles are simultaneously subjected to the centrifugal force of the grading wheel and the centripetal force of the fan, achieving the screening effect. Particles that meet the fineness requirements enter the next collection step through the gap of the grading wheel, while particles that do not meet the requirements return to the crushing chamber for further crushing.
Principle of airflow classification:
Using high-speed airflow as a carrier, the powder particles are suspended in motion. Under the combined action of the drag force of the airflow and gravity (or centrifugal force), particles of different sizes are separated due to differences in force: fine particles are collected as the airflow passes through the classification zone, while coarse particles fall back to the crushing zone (if linked with the crusher) or are directly discharged due to insufficient kinetic energy
