Working Principle:

The crushing principle of laboratory airflow pulverizer is based on the principle of fluidized bed airflow pulverization, which uses high-speed airflow to achieve material ultrafine crushing equipment. The material accelerates in high-speed airflow, causing repeated impact and collision at the nozzle intersection to achieve crushing effect. The crushed materials are classified by the grading wheel, and the products that meet the requirements are collected by the cyclone separator through the grading wheel blades. The materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.

Airflow pulverizer is a process in which compressed air is freeze-dried and filtered, and then clean air enters the pulverization chamber at supersonic speed through the pulverization nozzle, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzles' jet airflows, producing intense collisions, friction, and shear to achieve ultrafine particle pulverization. The material enters the grading zone with the rising airflow, and due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, the crushed particles are simultaneously subjected to the centrifugal force of the grading wheel and the centripetal force of the fan, achieving the screening effect. Particles that meet the fineness requirements enter the next collection step through the gap of the grading wheel, while particles that do not meet the requirements return to the crushing chamber for further crushing.
