Daily maintenance and upkeep items

1. Daily confirmation of control panel and equipment operation status, and circulating cooling water supply pressure should be between 0.18MPa-0.4MPa

2. Clean the aircraft and testing area weekly

3. Clean the cooling water tower and filter core monthly

4. Before long-term idle (more than three consecutive days), the test area should be dried, and the cooling water tower and main power switch should be turned off

Annual maintenance project

1. Check if all switches and indicator lights are working properly

2. Check the sealing glue, air door seal, and silicone heating components in the test area, and make adjustments or replacements;

3. Adjust the air pressure switch, pressure regulator pressure, air door opening and closing rate, and test area door opening and closing rate every 2 years

4. Calibrate the controller temperature every 3 years; Replace the controller battery, door switch, temperature sensor, and temperature switch every 3 years

1. Equipment not cooling

-Setting a low temperature value may fail to achieve the set value; For example, setting -40 degrees can only reach -28 degrees.
-Always hovering at room temperature;
-Rise instead of decrease

2. Controller malfunction

-No matter how it is set, the actual value of the controller always displays 0 degrees or -- -

-The display screen does not light up, and there is no/no sound when touched;
-The screen lights up but cannot be clicked.
3. Uncontrolled temperature

-Set high temperature, the machine does not heat up but keeps cooling down;
-Set low temperature

-The machine keeps heating up instead of cooling down;

5. Power on alarm/trip

-Cannot start up and keep alarming;
-It can run when turned on, but trips when it runs a little;
