This valve is mainly used in projects where the medium is water, such as the main pipeline network of tap water, power plants, and power stations. It can achieve multifunctional control of hydraulic pipelines.
working principle
The LHS941X flow and pressure regulating valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a piston, a piston guide rail, a built-in crank slider mechanism, seals, and internal components. Its working principle is to drive the piston to move through the crank slider, forming an axially symmetrical annular flow channel inside the valve body, and effectively controlling the flow area to form a flow channel with a decreasing cross-section from the inlet to the outlet. This can gradually increase the flow velocity of the fluid and create jet collisions towards the center of the pipeline through the porous holes in the circumferential direction, thereby achieving the purpose of energy dissipation, pressure reduction, and flow regulation.

Characteristics of electric actuators
1. Power supply: 380V ± 38V, 50Hz.
2. Protection level: Compliant with IP68, dustproof and waterproof, capable of working 24/7.
3. Environmental temperature: Suitable for -25 ℃ to 70 ℃, with a relative humidity of 99%.
4. Limit and torque protection: Both the on/off limit positions are equipped with limit switches, and both the on and off directions are equipped with torque switches to prevent overload.
5. Manual operation: Equipped with on-site mechanical valve position indicator and clutch emergency handwheel for manual operation on site.
6. On site control box: equipped with an on-site control box (integrated with electric actuators), the functions include:
Valve position feedback sensor RWG (two-wire system), outputting 4mA to 20mA analog signal.
Valve positioner, capable of receiving control signals ranging from 4mA to 20mA, enables valve positioning with a sensitivity of 0.25% to 2.5%.
It can choose between remote/manual control modes and can be locked in one mode to avoid misoperation.
There are three control buttons and corresponding indicator lights for on, off, and off on site.
The signal relay used for remote control has remote/manual selection and on/off selection.
7. On site installation: The automatic adjustment control of the valve is completed by the on-site control cabinet of the valve. The on-site control cabinet needs to meet the requirements of outdoor installation on site, and the protection level should not be less than IP65.
