The regulating valve is composed of a DKZ electric actuator and a three-way merging or three-way splitting regulator. The function of a merging valve is to separate a fluid into two streams. Diverting and merging valves can only be selected accordingly, but when DN ≤ 80, merging valves can be used in diversion situations.

  Introduction to flow regulating valve:
This product has two types of merging and splitting, consisting of a DKZ electric actuator and three-way merging or three-way splitting regulation. It is powered by a power source and receives a unified standard signal of 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA Dc to drive the valve opening corresponding to this operation signal. The function of a merging valve is to separate a fluid into two streams. Diverting and merging valves can only be selected accordingly, but when DN ≤ 80, merging valves can be used in diversion situations. Can replace two single or double seat regulating valves, saving investment and occupying less space. Three way regulating valves are commonly used for regulating two types of media in heat exchangers, as well as for simple ratio adjustment.

1. During the use of valves, they should be kept clean regularly, and the transmission threads must be lubricated by lifting them up. If a fault is found, it should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and clarify the problem.
2. The bolts of the packing gland should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a crooked state to avoid collision, obstruction of valve movement or leakage.
3. During installation, the valve can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method. In general, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline for easy maintenance. Note that the flow direction of the shut-off valve medium should be upward from the bottom of the valve disc, and the lift check valve can only be installed horizontally.
4. When using ball valves, globe valves, and gate valves, they should only be fully open or fully closed, and are not allowed to be used for regulating flow to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. There is a reverse sealing device inside the gate valve and the threaded globe valve, and the handwheel is turned to the topmost position and tightened.
5. When opening and closing ball valves, globe valves, and gate valves, handwheels should be used instead of levers or other tools to avoid damaging the valve components.
  Precautions
1. Determining the nominal pressure is not simply about using Pmax to set the PN, but rather finding the PN value that satisfies the selected valve based on three conditions: temperature, pressure, and material. 2. The determined valve type should have a working pressure difference less than the allowable pressure difference of the valve. If this is not possible, it is necessary to consider or select another valve from a special perspective; Does the leakage meet the process requirements. 3. The temperature of the medium is within the operating temperature range of the valve, and the ambient temperature meets the requirements.
4. Consider the issue of valve blockage prevention based on the unclean condition of the medium.
5. Consider the corrosion resistance of the valve based on the chemical properties of the medium.
6. Consider the erosion and wear resistance of the valve based on the pressure difference and the medium containing hard materials. 7. Performance and price ratio considering comprehensive economic effects.
